WHAT'S NEW IN 2026?

New Toddoo platform

This year we are operating on the brand-new version of Toddoo (Exhibitor Portal). The new platform offers more intuitive navigation, improved overview of bookings, option to add colleagues to your organisation and more. Premium stands with reusable graphics

EAIE and EA Exhibitions are launching a pilot project in 2026 to help reduce the CO₂ footprint of Premium stands. Wall graphics can now be stored and reused the next year. By paying a handling fee for storage, transportation and mounting in 2026, you will save on the cost of producing new graphics in 2027. This offer is available to a limited number of exhibitors. Fees & savings are dependent on stand type. For more information or to register interest, please contact EA Exhibitions.

More furniture options

Premium packages can now be booked with either high tables and bar stools or with lower tables and standard chairs – please select your preferred option when booking a stand package in the shop.

Electricity supply

Per UK standards, the standard electricity package includes 500W, suitable for charging phones and powering laptops. Additional power must be ordered separately for equipment such as fridges, coffee machines or AV devices. Please note that the sockets supplied will have universal socket outlet.

1. Log in or create an account in the Exhibitor Portal Toddoo.

2. Check your account details, VAT number and billing address to ensure accuracy.

3. Click here or scan the QR code to watch the Toddoo tutorial video.

STEP 2:
BOOK YOUR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN

In Toddoo, take a look at the floor plan and select the stand location to check that the space meets your needs for stand layout and size. Conference registrations are included in the price based on the stand size chosen.

15% discount for first-time exhibitors on their space booking.

25% discount for exhibitors from countries classified as low and lower-middle-income by the World Bank.
